Historic barn two blocks from downtown Langley completely rebuilt into a stylish, open floor plan residence. Hardwood floors throughout the main floor. Ceilings in main room are at least 18' feet high. Large main room opens through lovely french doors to large patio including dining table to enjoy outdoor living. Beautiful gardens. Concrete counter tops and high quality stainless steel appliances (including Bosch dishwasher) for the vacationing cook. Cozy propane fireplace set in a modern, concrete wall. Sparse and tasteful furniture including an iron framed sofa loaded with pillows. The master bedroom has a balcony that has a peek-a-boo view of Camano Island, Mt. Baker, and Puget Sound.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer: June 1 - September 30 $1,350 per week, $225 per night, $5000 per month. Two night minimum.

Winter:  October 1 - May 31 $1,000 per week, $170 per night, $3,700 per month.

Any stay under 30 days is taxed at 10.4%. Two night minimum. No pets please
